If my cellphone gets taken away at school?
do they have the right to look through my text messages, pics, etc.?
Answer
They technically do not have the right but if needed they will. Ive had a situation once where I was texting my friend in class and another girl and had my phone taken away only for the teacher to read out loud the text, take my friends phone and the girls and then continue reading all of our texts. I also got my phone taken away and found pictures taken with it of the records on the comp obv from someone bored in the office
