OMG DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER!!!!!!!!!!!!brNEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!!brbrYes the Rice will work. Unless the iPod is already shorted out. But you wont know that. Just put it in for a day hrs and see what happens.brbrYou want to draw the moisture OUT not let it dry inside. Because the copper parts inside will oxidize and turn green. Just like the Statue of Liberty.
